1. What we collect

When you order: email, contact name, company, phone, country or region, order notes, and the payment details needed to reconcile (on-chain transaction ID and amount only — we never touch your private keys or wallet credentials).

When you write to us: the name, email, subject and message you provide.

Technically we log the requesting IP and timestamp for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

2. What we never collect

We neither collect nor receive any LLM API key, website admin password, knowledge-base content or generated article you configure inside the software. All of that stays in your local installation and is never uploaded to our servers.

3. How we use it

Order information is used to issue licences, send licence emails, invoice and support you. Messages are used to reply. Access logs are used for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties.

4. Retention and deletion

Order and licence records are retained as required for accounting and compliance. You may ask us to delete message records at any time. Licence records are kept for a reasonable period after expiry because they back seat counting and revocation.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies (login state, language preference, form token) and no third-party advertising trackers.
