Standard operating procedure

The manual we ship with every licence: follow these nine steps and any team member produces consistent quality.

1

Register the WordPress sites you publish to

Add every target site URL, username and application password, importing in bulk via CSV/Excel if needed. Verify REST API connectivity first so a wrong credential does not surface halfway through publishing.

Where to do it · WordPress Site Manager
2

Configure AI providers and keys

Enter your Anthropic / Gemini / OpenAI / Volcano Ark keys and pick models. Text, image and video providers are configured separately and each can be tested. Keys never leave your machine.

Where to do it · AI Model Configuration
3

Build the brand profile and customer personas

Record brand name, positioning, tone and target markets plus personas for each client site. Personas are injected as role instructions so the output sounds like the brand, not like a generic AI.

Where to do it · Brand Center
4

Create keyword groups and bind them to sites

Group by topic, import head and long-tail keywords, then bind each group to its target WordPress site. Writing and publishing both follow this binding, so content never lands on the wrong site.

Where to do it · Keyword Management
5

Collect and organise knowledge-base material

Pull competitor articles, your own documents, plus images and video into the knowledge base. Raw competitor articles are archived by date and used as source material instead of letting the model invent facts.

Where to do it · Knowledge Base Data
6

Configure writing parameters and generate in batch

Set the number of high-quality articles, target word count, concurrency and search interval; tick the keywords to run and choose the 5-step CodeAgent flow or the multi-agent WriterFlow pipeline.

Where to do it · Knowledge-Base Writing
7

Run EEAT review and polish

Score each article on Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust with concrete improvement suggestions. Anything below the bar goes back for editing or a rewrite — this gate is mandatory before publishing.

Where to do it · EEAT Article Review
8

Edit, verify and publish (batch or scheduled)

Confirm page title, slug, meta, featured image and image processing options per article, then publish in batch or schedule it. Product pages can go to WooCommerce as well.

Where to do it · Publish Hub
9

Review the logs and archive

Inspect timestamps, word counts, target sites, statuses and errors for every writing and publishing run; troubleshoot, count the workload, export archives, then move on to the next topic batch.

Where to do it · Publish History & Audit

Four quality gates

Content only counts as done when every gate is passed.

🛡 Gate 1 — Writing complete The article is generated and stored, hitting the word count, structure and keyword-coverage targets set for this round.
🛡 Gate 2 — EEAT passed All four EEAT dimensions clear the threshold; fact density, readability and internal-link anchors show no major defect.
🛡 Gate 3 — Pre-publish check Page title, slug, meta description, featured image, tags and internal links are each confirmed.
🛡 Gate 4 — Publish verified Publishing returned success and the live URL is reachable. Failed items go back to the history tab with their error message.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover the LLM API costs?
No. We license the software only. All LLM API token costs (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Volcano Ark / Doubao, …) are paid by you directly on each provider platform at their own usage rates. You enter your own keys in the app — we neither resell nor mark up tokens.
What is the difference between the full edition and the pick-your-modules edition?
The full edition unlocks all nine feature modules at one flat price. The pick-your-modules edition lets you tick only what you need, with the price calculated from per-module unit prices. If your selection adds up to more than the full edition, the price is automatically capped at the full edition — buying the bundle is then the better deal.
How is licensing counted — one computer per licence?
Licences are counted by seat: the first seat is included, and each additional seat adds a fee (30% by default). One licence covers that many machines concurrently. When you replace a computer, request a transfer code (SEOT.) and the old machine is released automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept, and how fast is delivery?
We currently accept USDT on TRC20. After checkout the page shows the receiving address, a QR code and the exact amount due (with a unique decimal suffix so the system can reconcile precisely). Once the transfer confirms on-chain the licence is issued automatically and the username, password and key are emailed to you — usually within a minute.
What if I send the wrong amount?
When the received amount does not match, the system deliberately does not auto-issue: the order is flagged as underpaid / awaiting manual review and we are notified. Contact us with your order number and the on-chain transaction ID (TxID) and we will complete the issuance from the back office.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 / 11 64-bit. The client is a portable single-file executable with the .NET runtime bundled. We recommend 8 GB RAM, 500 MB free disk space and the WebView2 runtime (already present on most Windows installations).
Where is my data stored? Is it uploaded to you?
Everything — sites, keywords, knowledge base, articles, publish logs — lives in the database and folders inside your local installation. AI requests go straight from your PC to the model provider you chose; we are never in the middle. Our servers only hold licence records used for seat counting and revocation.
Does the price include support and upgrades?
Yes. A licence is valid for one year and includes technical support and free upgrades to new versions. Renewal is a new purchase at the then-current price and requires no reinstall.
Can you issue an invoice or accept a bank transfer?
Yes. Contact us with your company name, tax ID and the amount to invoice; we will arrange the contract and invoicing process and provide our bank details.
Does it support non-English content?
Yes. You can set the target market and language per batch, and brand profiles can carry different tone and personas per market, so the output matches the intended language and audience.
